Pilates
Come and get an amazing stretch and workout with our Mat Pilates class. Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates moves tend to target the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well. A great way to start or end your day! All levels welcome!
Hot 26
This class is based on the 26 poses of Bikram Yoga. The poses are known as Asanas. During this 60 minute class you’ll move through all 26 poses the invigorate all of the body and improve circulation.
Hot Iron
Warm Iron Yoga is a challenging, intense full body workout utilizing dumbbells for upper body weight training exercises, while performing a series of power yoga poses for the core and lower body strength. This class is great for building strength, toning and sculpting.
Warm Vinyasa
This class is a challenging and dynamic flow that combines breath with movement. This class encourages students to step outside their comfort zone to expand body and mind. You will awaken strength, concentration, energy and balance in a fun atmosphere as we quickly transition from one pose to the next – all in tune with your breath. Open to students of all levels who want to move a little faster and break a sweat.
Yoga Fusion

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a meditative style of stretching. Postures are held for a period of time (2-5 minutes at a time). This static style of movement helps to decompress and improve range of motion along the joints of the body. Sequences are inspired by the functionality of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This class is great for unwinding stress and relieving stiff stuck tension. Great for beginners and advanced students.
