This class will help facilitate your technique, body mechanics on and off your mat to decrease risk for injury and pain.

Candlelight Gentle Yoga
This class is an invitation to unwind and explore gentle yin, slow flow and restorative yoga in a soothing, candle lit studio. You can expect an inquiry-based practice integrating the essential yogic disciplines of asana (postures/poses), pranayama (breathwork) and dhyana (meditation) in a peaceful and calming environment. This mind, body and breathe practice ends with a deep savasana to leave you feeling grounded, expansive and connected. Students are encouraged to bring any props they enjoy using in class such as a yoga blanket or towel, blocks, meditation pillow, bolster, etc.
Gentle Flow Yoga is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class utilizes simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. … No experience or flexibility required.
Organic Yoga Flow
A unique blend of styles, this class is never the same. Vinyasa based, this class will inspire your body and your mind. The class is often a blend of what the participant’s needs are that day. Modifications and variations are always taught and encouraged. Blending alignment, technique, breath, energy and body this class has something for everyone.
This class is based on the 26 poses of Bikram Yoga. The poses are known as Asanas. During this 75 minute class you’ll move through all 26 poses the invigorate all of the body and improve circulation.
Warm Iron Yoga
Iron Yoga is a challenging, intense full body workout utilizing dumbbells for upper body weight training exercises, while performing a series of power yoga poses for the core and lower body strength. This class is great for building strength, toning and sculpting.

This class is a slower paced Vinyasa class the focused on breathing while holding poses longer in a non air conditioned room. It is perfect for all practitioners looking to build muscle yet still feel relaxed and renewed.
This class is a challenging and dynamic flow that combines breath with movement. This class encourages students to step outside their comfort zone to expand body and mind. You will awaken strength, concentration, energy and balance in a fun atmosphere as we quickly transition from one pose to the next – all in tune with your breath. Open to students of all levels who want to move a little faster and break a sweat.
What is Salsa? HOT! HOT! HOT! Bring the ‘sauce’ into your partner dancing and learn the basic foot patterns and turns of this sensual, steamy and easy-to-learn dance. Latin and Afro-Cuban roots, slinky body movement, and variety of patterns create this sultry, sexy movement.
