AntiGravity® Restorative Yoga
Welcome to your session of self-rejuvenation. In this class there are no inversions the hammock are low to the ground. We use deep breathing through slow moving stretches, manipulating the hammock for benefits of a deep massage to break up fascia, opening up the hips and spine, releasing stress and tension in all joints and muscles. We begin and end the class with mindful mediation.
AntiGravity® AIRbarre is a fitness technique that transfers dance conditioning exercises at the ballet barre to the Harrison Hammock for the sake of developing strength, length and grace while realigning the body. Dance develops ideal bodylines through the toning and lengthening of muscles, while also developing balance and agility. Recently, new methods of ballet barre training have found their way into fitness studios as participants notice the many benefits of training physical grace. AntiGravity’s version, AIRbarre, challenges the body and mind beyond the vertical plane and up into the air!

These classes take core-strengthening and targeted muscle conditioning to new heights. No prior Pilates experience is necessary. We will incorporate the foundation and the principles of Pilates in the AG Pilates program. The Pilates background is covered sufficiently to successfully execute the AntiGravity Pilates curriculum.
AntiGravity® Suspension Fitness
You will feel the burn from this class! This is for members who want a total body workout. This class will tone and sculpt via movements and repetition using the hammock. Climbing, balancing and inverted strength building all while keeping that heart rate up. Trust of the hammock and proper placement is important to perform at the upbeat pace of the class to gain benefits and prevent injury. There is no impact to joints or bones provided by support of the hammock at all times.

This class is for the student is very comfortable in Level 3 and who are ready for a challenge. Poses, sequences, and tricks will be introduced that are on a higher level of understanding the hammock.
Stretch & Technique
This class is focused on stretching specific body parts using different techniques and props. Great class for all levels, including athletes looking to improve flexibility, joint range of motion, posture and all-round fitness. This class will help facilitate your technique, body mechanics on and off your mat to decrease risk for injury and pain.

What is Salsa? HOT! HOT! HOT! Bring the ‘sauce’ into your partner dancing and learn the basic foot patterns and turns of this sensual, steamy and easy-to-learn dance. Latin and Afro-Cuban roots, slinky body movement, and variety of patterns create this sultry, sexy movement.
The studio is available on Friday nights, Saturdays and Sundays after 1pm for private parties. This is great for team building, girls night out, birthdays, office/company activity, etc. It is a one hour beginners class. $100 deposit required (covers 5 spots) $20 per person and a minimum of 5 reservations required. No outside food/drinks.
