This is the class to start your journey. AntiGravity is the fun new way of rejuvenating our mind, body and soul. This class is best for a true newbie. This class is where you slowly start trusting the hammock. You will begin to understand that working through some challenging poses may actually rejuvenate your body. The hammock supports your lower body safely for your first Harrison hammock inversion. Holding the hips in the hammock during this inversion allows the spine to naturally lengthen without the pressure or weight of your legs to compress. This lengthening creates an endorphin rush to make you happier, healthier and possibly taller. No impact to joints or bones provided by support of the hammock at all times.
AntiGravity® Restorative Yoga
Welcome to your session of self-rejuvenation. In this class there are no inversions the hammock are low to the ground. We use deep breathing through slow moving stretches, manipulating the hammock for benefits of a deep massage to break up fascia, opening up the hips and spine, releasing stress and tension in all joints and muscles. We begin and end the class with mindful mediation.
AntiGravity® Fitness
This class will allow you to workout while learning the basics that go along with our technique. We teach you how to safely invert and work out at the same time. Building strength while enduring very low impact will help to also build balance, tone and TRUST the Hammock. Everything you need to take it to the next level.

AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga is where we explore poses to strengthen that trust in order to master the many flips and tricks Aerial Yoga introduces. AntiGravity® Pilates
Explore new territory with your Pilates workout! Transferring the Pilates movement vocabulary to the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock is a natural evolution that Joseph Pilates would most certainly have approved of. AntiGravity® Pilates is a suspension training program from Christopher Harrison’s AntiGravity® Fitness, creators of the revolutionary program AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga. This certified technique allows practitioners to perform Classical and Contemporary Pilates exercises from the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Ladder Barrel – all on the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock! These classes take core-strengthening and targeted muscle conditioning to new heights. Explore the amazing benefits that can be derived by training your in the Pilates Method on the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock in combination with AntiGravity®’s Zero-Compression Inversions.
No prior Pilates experience is necessary. We will incorporate the foundation and the principles of Pilates in the AG Pilates program. The Pilates background is covered sufficiently to successfully execute the AntiGravity Pilates curriculum.

AntiGravity® Suspension Fitness/HIIT
Using the Harrison Hammock as your support system, this class builds up strength in a whole new way. This class is designed to release MAJOR tension via inversions and challenges that won’t leave you hanging. It has multiple inversions, climbing exercises, and tones, sculpts and raises your heart rate! Class is designed to work targeted muscle groups with interval training exercises. We promise you’ll feel better afterwards!
